Creating abstract works with acrylic paint has been one of my favorite creative processes for many years. As someone who tends to over-think and  linger in the cognitive area of my brain, abstract painting shifts me toward the right side of my brain and allows me to drop down into my body, focusing on kinesthetic and sensory engagement.
